Job Description:

Provide outstanding service to guests, ensuring their comfort, satisfaction, and safety throughout their experience.

Handle inquiries, reservations, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.

Maintain accurate records, process bookings, and prepare reports related to hospitality and tourism operations.

Organize and lead tours, excursions, and travel itineraries for individuals and groups.

 

Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Travel, or related field Preferred: Certifications in Customer Service, Tour Guiding, or Hotel Operations
