Job Description:
iQor is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Representative (TSR) to join our team. As a TSR, you will handle inbound calls, emails, or chats to assist customers with technical issues related to products or services. You’ll provide excellent customer service while troubleshooting and resolving concerns effectively.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of computer systems, software, and internet troubleshooting
Customer service or call center experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
