Job Description:

A frontline support specialist handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat to assist customers with Canon products such as printers, scanners, cameras, and accessories. You’ll diagnose and troubleshoot issues on Windows and Mac systems, update service tickets, escalate complex problems, and provide clear solutions, ensuring a professional and positive customer experience.

Requirements:
Education/Experience • Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field •1+ year in technical support Technical Skills •Experience with Windows •Able to troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking •Familiar with help desk tools and remote support Soft Skills •Clear communication (verbal & written) •Customer-focused with patience and organization
