Join our team!

We are looking for a goal-driven Sales Development Representative to connect technical solutions with real-world client needs. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, educating, and qualifying leads while aligning our instruments with each prospect’s business objectives. You'll collaborate closely with account executives, conduct outreach, and stay ahead of industry trends to generate interest and help drive conversions.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Identify, educate, and qualify inbound and outbound leads
Tailor solutions based on each prospect’s business goals
Align Aqualab’s products with client needs and pain points
Coordinate with Account Executives for meetings and demos
Conduct daily outbound calls and email campaigns
Stay current on industry trends and technology updates
Provide insights and establish credibility with prospects
Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for appointments and sales goals
