Client Management (B2B/B2C):
- Email product list and offerings to clients.
- Receive client orders/requirements and manage communication.
- Coordinate with purchasing and inventory teams to ensure product availability.
- Finalize order requirements and pass on details to purchase.
Order Fulfillment:
- Manage the process of receiving items and generating receiving reports.
- Communicate effectively with Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure all items are processed correctly.
Sales and Inventory Management:
- Identifying new clients, building customer relationship, conducting market research, presenting products, closing deals, and managing sales territory, often requiring travel and self-motivation.
- Consistently make the kind of effort necessary to accomplish sales goals.
- Monitor orders and inventory to maintain stock levels and prevent shortages.
- Handle the packing and release of products as per sales orders.
- Ensure inventory data is up to date in the system.
- Monitor product delivery and distribution, ensuring products are on schedule.
Operations:
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to streamline sales operations.
- Ensure all relevant operations such as FDA certification, labels, and packaging are in compliance.
- Support in managing online shops and ensure order processing is smooth.
- Arrange product displays to maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the ANFI Retail store and ANFI Warehouse.
- Representing the company at industry events, conferences, trade shows and etc. to promote products and generate leads.
Marketing:
- Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to find new opportunities.
- Create, implement, and monitor marketing and sales campaigns to increase brand awareness, attract customers, and drive sales.
- Oversee the development and creation of promotional and marketing materials, including digital and traditional content.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain and update sales records.
- Monitor the Anfi retail store, report suspicious activity, and follow store security policies to prevent theft.
- Support the sales with customer inquiries, order tracking, and other administrative duties.
- Handling customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Preparing sales report for management.
