Checking if all the safety guidelines set by the higher-up authorities are being adhered to well.
· Maintaining the records that hold health information on the staff and employees working in the company.
· Enforcing the various programs and plans set for the development of occupational hazards.
· Advising and instructing the workers in case of any precautionary measures is the safety officer’s job.
· Inspect the premises/perimeter of the company’s buildings to ensure they fit the National Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) rules.
Requirements:
-Graduate with a bachelor’s degree or any engineering course.
-With a Safety Practitioner Certificate/ID.
-With Valid Competency Certificates (BOSH, COSH, LCM, HIRAC, TOT, and SPA).
And other OSH-related training (FIRST AID and SCAFFOLDING ERECTION NCII).
-Observe accuracy in communication and proper reporting.
