Job Description:

What you’ll be doing?

Restaurant Manager is responsible for the over-all directions of the restaurant’s team in order to achieve optimum long-term Sales and Profit, Cost Management, and by delivering Quality of food, Service, People, Cleanliness, Maintenance and Ambiance in accordance with company standard operating procedures.

  • Ensure adherence to the company’s food quality standard.
  • Drive Sales to achieve store target.
  • Do Local Store Marketing.
  • Manpower Utilization
  • Building and Equipment Maintenance
  • Ensures delivery of Total Quality Service to Customers
  • Maintain daily adherence to the cleanliness and mise-en-place standards
  • Prepares Daily, Weekly and Monthly Operations Report
Requirements:
College graduate in HRM or related field 3-5 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in F&B Strong leadership, customer service, and operations management skills Proficient in MS Office, detail-oriented, and flexible with hours Team player with a professional demeanor and pleasing personality Results driven in sales and restaurant profitability Strong communication & interpersonal skills, problem solving and conflict resolution abilities Knowledge on health, safety, and sanitation standard operating procedures. Strong understanding on financials (budgeting and profit margins) Willing to assign in Eastwood Quezon City Can Start Asap!
