Remote Recruitment Specialist – IT Industry

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Remote Recruitment Specialist to join our team and help source top talent for the IT industry. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various IT roles, ensuring that we attract and hire highly qualified candidates to meet our clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT positions, including developers, engineers, and IT specialists

• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions

• Provide timely updates and feedback to both candidates and clients

• Assist in onboarding processes as required

• Stay updated with the latest IT industry trends, recruitment tools, and best practices

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, preferably in the IT industry

• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry requirements

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple requisitions

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software

• Strong organizational and time management skills
