Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Psychology, HR, Business course)
- With minimum of 1 year experience in supervisor level
- With at least 2 years recruitment experience
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes
- Excellent interviewing, communication, and leadership skills
- Able to handle high-volume hiring and multiple requisitions
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Experience in cooperative setup is an advantage
