Supervise day-to-day operations of all bakeshop branches and commissary activities.
Ensure consistent product quality, freshness, and compliance with food safety standards.
Monitor production schedules, inventory levels, and delivery timelines to ensure smooth operations.
Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and efficiency improvements.
Coordinate with the Commissary Manager, Store Supervisors, and HR for manpower allocation and training.
Analyze store sales, expenses, and profitability; recommend cost-saving and revenue-boosting strategies.
Conduct regular store visits to check cleanliness, staff performance, and compliance with brand standards.
Manage purchasing and logistics coordination with suppliers and the commissary.
Oversee preventive maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities.
Handle customer feedback and resolve operational concerns promptly.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor standards, and government regulations.
Prepare and submit operational reports to management.
