We’re looking for an Online Receptionist / Chat Support who’s friendly, quick on their keyboard, and ready to bring top-tier customer vibes to every conversation. You’ll be the digital face of the brand, answering inquiries, helping clients find what they need, and keeping things running smoothly behind the screen.
If you love chatting, multitasking, and making people feel seen and supported, this one’s for you.
You don’t need to be super experienced — just motivated, tech savvy, and customer obsessed.
Must-haves:
Excellent written English (grammar, punctuation, and tone are key!)
Typing speed of at least 45 wpm (bonus points if you can chat faster than you text )
Reliable internet connection and a working laptop or desktop
Basic knowledge of customer support tools like Zendesk, Chatra, or Intercom (training provided)
Cool under pressure — you can handle multiple chats without losing your chill
Positive, upbeat attitude with strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced digital environment
