Job Description:

Cover Desk Philippines is looking for Office-Based Virtual Assistants to provide customer service and admin support to insurance agencies based in the US.

As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various customer service-related and administrative tasks for an insurance agency including client communication, renewals, filling of documents, researching, reporting, and claims follow up. For this role, strong communication skills are required, along with experience using Office tools like Outlook and Excel. Ultimately, you should be able to handle admin tasks and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Fixed weekends off and fixed graveyard shift | Blended role, back office with minimal calls, client facing and voice account | HMO | 10% Night Differential | Reliability Bonus

Requirements:
Qualifications: ✅ Must have BPO experience for more than 1 year or any related job position ✅ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet management ✅ Preferably with knowledge or background in accounting ✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills
