Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Medical VA, healthcare administrative assistant, or medical receptionist preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems (e.g., Kareo, SimplePractice, PracticeSuite) is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• HIPAA Certified
