JOB REQUIREMENTS:

👌 Bachelor’s degree in any field

👌 At least 1year experience in production sub-leader

👌 Strong leadership and team coordination skills

👌 Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards

👌 Good communication and problem-solving abilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

👌 Assist the Production Leader in daily manufacturing operations

👌 Monitor and supervise production staff to meet output targets

👌 Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards

👌 Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow

👌 Prepare and submit production reports to management
