Job Description:

The IT Specialist is responsible for maintaining the company’s computer systems, networks, and technical infrastructure. This role ensures that all IT equipment and software are functioning efficiently while providing technical support to employees for any IT-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system, hardware, and network issues

  • Monitor and maintain company IT systems to ensure optimal performance

  • Manage user accounts, system access, and security permissions

  • Perform system updates, upgrades, and regular maintenance

  • Ensure proper data backup and implement security measures to protect company data

  • Assist employees with IT-related concerns such as system access, email setup, and software installation

  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and coordinate repairs when necessary

  • Support the implementation of new technologies and IT systems within the company

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field Knowledge in computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting Familiarity with Windows operating systems and office applications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willing to work onsite and provide technical support when needed
