Responsible for recruiting rank & file, junior, senior, seasonal and part-time position.
Screens, interviews and evaluates candidate
Create hiring plans for restaurant and salon shops.
Promote open roles using online and print ads job.
Attend job fairs and other recruitment ads.
Initiate with accreditation of company to LGU’s.
Prepare job offer and employment contracts.
Assist admin for on boarding of new employees.
Schedule a Company/HR Orientation for the new employees.
Submit Recruitment Manpower reports as required.
Monitor on boarding and off boarding employees and submit report weekly & monthly.
Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or another related field.
*2-3 years of experience as a recruiting specialist with a track record of employee placement.
*Work experience in Manpower Recruitment Agency
*Proficient writing skills to produce reports on hiring analyses.
*Responsible in recruiting for Restaurant and Salon & Wellness Spa
*Knowledgeable in using different social media platform for hiring posting
*Knowledgeable in using canva
*Joining in Job Fair and LRA conducted by LGU Partners
*Flexible and can do multi-task from time to time
*Strong Communications Skills
*With Pleasing Personality
*Can start Asap!
