HR Operations Support
• Lead the implementation of HR initiatives and projects assigned by HQ at the local level.
• Implement office safety protocols, occupational health compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Supporting other ad-hoc duties
Employee Engagement & Retention
• Plan and initiate employee engagement activities, team building, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and social activities.
• Conduct surveys, gather employee feedback and propose improvements.
• Develop and manage relationships with department managers to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
• Serve as an accessible point of contact for employee concerns and disciplinary actions.
• Receive resignation notice, issue exit clearance, and conduct exit interviews.
Compensation, Benefits and Compliance
• Responsible for the timely and accurate payment of payroll in accordance with established policies, procedures and statutory requirements.
• Oversee attendance, leave, and separation management.
• Assist on salary reviews, off-cycle adjustments, promotions, and Quarterly KPIs.
• Manage employee benefits programs such as HMO, insurance and other entitlements.
• Educate employees on benefits and support communications.
• Responsible for all HR related compliance - labor laws, taxation rules, internal policies, external and internal audits.
