Job Description:

 

  • Supervise and monitor staff performance to ensure high-quality service.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and feedback.
  • Manage and monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; coordinate replenishments as needed.
  • Resolve any staffing issues, conflicts, or operational problems promptly.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related courses At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in housekeeping operations, preferably in a manpower agency or hospitality industry. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to handle multiple sites and work under pressure.
