Supervise and monitor staff performance to ensure high-quality service.
Conduct site visits and inspections to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and feedback.
Manage and monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; coordinate replenishments as needed.
Resolve any staffing issues, conflicts, or operational problems promptly.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related courses
At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in housekeeping operations, preferably in a manpower agency or hospitality industry.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle multiple sites and work under pressure.
