Job Description:

Cleaning and sanitation: Clean and disinfect floors, walls, windows, and all surfaces. This includes bathrooms, kitchens, and general areas like lobbies and hallways.
Floor care: Vacuum carpets and rugs and sweep, mop, and polish hard floors.
Room upkeep: Make beds, change linens, and dust and polish furniture and fixtures.

Restocking supplies: Replenish toiletries, towels, cleaning products, and other necessary supplies.

Additional duties

Guest services: Respond promptly to guest requests, which may include providing extra amenities or making special arrangements.
Maintenance: Report any maintenance or repair issues to management or building supervisors.
Safety and compliance: Adhere to all company and safety policies, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other staff and departments to ensure a high standard of service.
Laundry: Assist with laundry and ironing clothes, depending on the specific job.

Skills and qualifications

Ability to work efficiently and thoroughly without compromising cleanliness standards.
Physical stamina and strength to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
Knowledge of proper cleaning methods and chemical handling.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience is often preferred, but some roles may be entry-level.
