Inventory and Stock Management: Monitoring stock levels of grilling ingredients, assisting with proper storage, and reporting low supplies.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring the grill and other equipment are in proper working condition and reporting any issues.
Teamwork: Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
