Job Description: Employee Engagement & Wellness Associate

The Employee Engagement & Wellness Associate leads site-level initiatives to boost employee experience through engagement, recognition, wellness, and retention programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute employee engagement events and retention activities

Manage site branding, communication, and Rewards & Recognition programs

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for engagement needs and CSR initiatives

Drive awareness of company perks, support job fairs, and contribute to newsletters

Execute wellness programs promoting physical, emotional, and mental health

Advocate for employee well-being through workshops, campaigns, and coaching.
