TELUS International Philippines is seeking a persuasive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative – Inbound Retention to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound calls only, with a focus on retaining existing customers who may be considering cancellation or downgrading services. You’ll use active listening, empathy, and product knowledge to resolve concerns and keep customers engaged with our brand.
This is a voice-only, inbound position (no chat or email handling). The role is initially remote and will transition to a fully work-from-home setup after a 6-month performance review.
