Requirements:
At least high school diploma, with many campaigns preferring college graduates or related educational background . Experience: Ranges from fresh graduates (0 months BPO experience accepted) to candidates with 1–2 years of BPO/customer service experience, depending on the account . Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication; active listening and empathy are essential Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRMs, phone systems, call center platforms, MS Office, and quick to learn new software tools Recruit.net .
