Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent service, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails from customers
Provide accurate information about products and services
Assist customers with billing, technical, or service-related concerns
Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently
Document customer interactions and transactions accurately
Meet performance metrics such as quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
At least High School Graduate (K-12) / College Level / Graduate Excellent English communication skills (oral and written) Strong problem-solving and active listening skills Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays With or without BPO experience (training will be provided) Computer literate and able to multitask
