Job Description:

A Customer Experience Agent helps customers by answering questions, solving problems, and providing information about a company’s products or services. The goal is to make sure customers have a smooth and positive experience, whether through phone, email, or chat.

Requirements:
Education & Age Must be at least 18 years old. A high school graduate (or Senior High School graduate) is typically acceptable; a college degree may be preferred but not required. Experience No prior BPO or call center experience required—open to fresh graduates and career shifters. Technical & Computer Skills Must be computer literate, with strong navigational skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, is often required. Communication & Interpersonal Skills Excellent oral and written communication abilities. Strong listening and comprehension skills. Must be professional, courteous, and customer-oriented.
