Prepare, cook, and assemble Steak Break menu items following standard recipes and procedures
Ensure proper portioning, taste, and presentation of food
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, and work area
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
Assist in food preparation (cutting, marinating, thawing, and storing ingredients)
Monitor food stocks and inform the Supervisor/Manager of low supplies
Properly handle, store, and label food items to avoid spoilage or contamination
Operate kitchen equipment safely and properly
Comply with company policies, mall regulations, and foodcourt rules
Assist in closing/opening duties and daily cleaning tasks
Work efficiently during peak hours to ensure timely service
Perform other kitchen-related tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
At least High School Graduate (Vocational/Culinary course is an advantage)
With or without experience as Cook (experience in foodcourt or fast-food setting is an advantage)
Willing to be trained
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
With good hygiene and work attitude
Can work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
