Responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing staff, achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance with company policies. Will handle microfinance transactions, promote services, and ensure smooth branch performance.
Requirements:
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field (preferred but not required).
At least 2–3 years of experience in lending, microfinance, or banking, with a focus on branch operations.
Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
Willing to be assigned to various branch locations.
