Job Summary:
The Beauty Ambassador is responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and selling beauty, skincare, and cosmetic products to customers. This role ensures excellent customer service, product knowledge, and professional representation of the brand inside the Watsons store.
Job Descriptions:
• Welcome customers and provide a luxurious, personalized service experience
• Assess customer needs and recommend Luxelle beauty & skincare products
• Demonstrate product benefits, proper application, and skincare routines
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding daily/weekly/monthly targets
• Assist customers with product selection and complete their purchases confidently
Requirements:
Qualifications:
• At least 6 months experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or retail sales
• Strong sales ability and excellent customer service skills
• Personable, well-groomed, and confident in interacting with customers
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• With good work history and commitment to the role
• No existing iTime account
• Financially capable to process required documents (Medical, Health Certificate, Mayor’s Permit, NBI)
