As an Impex Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's import and export operations, ensuring efficient and compliant trade activities.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating and processing import and export documentation, including customs declarations, invoices, and shipping documents
• Liaising with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and other external stakeholders to facilitate the timely clearance of goods
• Maintaining accurate records and databases related to import and export activities
• Providing support in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports and compliance filings
• Assisting with the implementation of import and export policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to regulations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to trade activities
