Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for dealing with clients, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets to drive company growth.

Requirements and Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

  • Willingness to travel as required

 

The Sales Staff is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, processing sales transactions, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and orderliness of the store. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

  • Support Sales Lead Generation.
  • Daily validation of Sales Lead submitted including provision of customers details from different resources.
  • Checking of status of Sales Leads submitted.
  • Handles internal inquiries and requests.
  • Shows up for work on time and adheres to attendance policy.
  • Produces consistent work output.
  • Can complete work assignment with minimum supervision.
  • And any other ADHOC tasks assigned from time to time.
  • Handles the overall sales operations of the Company in close coordination with the CEO or his representative.
  • Identifies prospective customers a schedule visit for conversion into sales.
  • Remits i there's a collection received from the client to the office with complete details and documents.
  • Wastensure customer has no overdue and uncollected payments beffly receiving new order/s of existing customer.
  • Investigates and analyzes the playing field or competition, their products, prices, strategies, promotions, and clients as part of basis for coming up with strategies on how to strengthen our business.
  • Increases market share towards achieving the Company's vision of being the undisputed number one distributor of LED equipment in the Philippines
  • Coordinates closely with other departments like Human Resources, Accounting. Technical and Dispatch logistics to ensure the smooth flow of sales and marketing activíties.
