Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order in SAP
  • Send Purchases Order to Supplier ( PO, Non Cancellation form of various products) via email and fax
  • Prepares pending delivery report and weekly purchases report
  • Receive various documents from Warehouse (Invoices/manual/negative receiving)
  • Request demo units
  • Canvass, negotiate and purchase lowest responsive priced.
  • Source Non Focus Product of ESD.
  • Constant and timely feedback to sales people of any issues pertaining to their inquiry and order
  • Monitor Delivery
  • Negotiates return to Suppliers of assigned products for cancelled or wrong orders
  • Assists Product Managers in negotiating for volume discount/special price

Client Management (B2B/B2C):

  • Email product list and offerings to clients.
  • Receive client orders/requirements and manage communication.
  • Coordinate with purchasing and inventory teams to ensure product availability.
  • Finalize order requirements and pass on details to purchase.

Order Fulfillment:

  • Manage the process of receiving items and generating receiving reports.
  • Communicate effectively with Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure all items are processed correctly.

Sales and Inventory Management:

  • Identifying new clients, building customer relationship, conducting market research, presenting products, closing deals, and managing sales territory, often requiring travel and self-motivation.
  • Consistently make the kind of effort necessary to accomplish sales goals.
  • Monitor orders and inventory to maintain stock levels and prevent shortages.
  • Handle the packing and release of products as per sales orders.
  • Ensure inventory data is up to date in the system.
  • Monitor product delivery and distribution, ensuring products are on schedule.

Operations:

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to streamline sales operations.
  • Ensure all relevant operations such as FDA certification, labels, and packaging are in compliance.
  • Support in managing online shops and ensure order processing is smooth.
  • Arrange product displays to maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the ANFI Retail store and ANFI Warehouse.
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, trade shows and etc. to promote products and generate leads.

 

Marketing:

  • Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to find new opportunities. 
  • Create, implement, and monitor marketing and sales campaigns to increase brand awareness, attract customers, and drive sales. 
  • Oversee the development and creation of promotional and marketing materials, including digital and traditional content. 

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain and update sales records.
  • Monitor the Anfi retail store, report suspicious activity, and follow store security policies to prevent theft.
  • Support the sales with customer inquiries, order tracking, and other administrative duties.
  • Handling customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Preparing sales report for management.

-College graduate

-Sales experience even in a retail outlet, is an advantage.

-With basic sales and customer service skills

-Basic math skills

-Good communication and interpersonal skills

-A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus

-With pleasing personality

QUALIFICATIONS
 
* With 2-5yrs Experience
* Male; Preferably
* Must posses an unexpired driver's license
* Probably a residence of Trece, Tanza, Gentri, Indang Cavite
