Qualifications

- With at least 2 years recruitment experience
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes
- Excellent interviewing, communication, and leadership skills
- Able to handle high-volume hiring and multiple requisitions
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Experience in cooperative setup is an advantage

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, preferably in the IT industry
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry requirements
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple requisitions
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
Strong organizational and time management skills
