As a Collection Associate/Specialist, you'll play a vital role in managing customer accounts and ensuring timely payments. You’ll work directly with our customers and finance teams to resolve any payment issues, maintain accurate records, and help keep our financial operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

 
 
✅Customer Interaction: Greet customers, present menus, take orders accurately, and answer questions about menu items.
✅Food & Beverage Preparation: Prepare food and beverages according to specifications and standards.
✅Order Fulfillment: Accurately process orders and serve food, beverages, and other items to customers.
✅Payment Handling: Prepare bills, handle cash and card payments, and return change or receipts.
✅Cleaning & Maintenance: Keep the service area, dining area, and equipment clean and tidy, which includes washing dishes, sweeping floors, and maintaining restrooms.
✅Station Management: Take responsibility for assigned stations or tasks to ensure smooth operations.
✅Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
✅Food Safety: Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to prevent contamination.
✅Operational Support: Assist with other duties as assigned by management, such as restocking supplies or assisting delivery riders.

  • Conduct repair and troubleshooting of basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues in stores.

  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment such as exhaust fans, lights, water lines, kitchen equipment, tables, doors, etc.

  • Respond to maintenance requests and store concerns in a timely manner.

  • Inspect facilities for any safety hazards and fix issues immediately.

  • Install and replace basic fixtures: lights, switches, outlets, faucets, door hinges, etc.

  • Coordinate with external contractors as needed (e.g., aircon technician, plumber).

  • Ensure all tools and materials are properly used and maintained.

  • Prepare and submit maintenance reports after every job or visit.

  • Support store operations for urgent repair needs.

  • Follow company standards for safety, cleanliness, and proper work procedures.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare, cook, and assemble Steak Break menu items following standard recipes and procedures

  • Ensure proper portioning, taste, and presentation of food

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, and work area

  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times

  • Assist in food preparation (cutting, marinating, thawing, and storing ingredients)

  • Monitor food stocks and inform the Supervisor/Manager of low supplies

  • Properly handle, store, and label food items to avoid spoilage or contamination

  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and properly

  • Comply with company policies, mall regulations, and foodcourt rules

  • Assist in closing/opening duties and daily cleaning tasks

  • Work efficiently during peak hours to ensure timely service

  • Perform other kitchen-related tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least High School Graduate (Vocational/Culinary course is an advantage)

  • With or without experience as Cook (experience in foodcourt or fast-food setting is an advantage)

  • Willing to be trained

  • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours

  • With good hygiene and work attitude

  • Can work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

  • Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

  • Provide attentive and nurturing care to a 1 year old baby
  • Monitor sleep schedules and ensure consistent nap routines
  • Engage the child in developmental and age-appropriate activities (playtime, reading, sensory activities)
  • Assist in light household chores related to childcare
  • Alert parents immediately of any health concerns, unusual behavior, or emergencies
