Recruitment Supervisor manages the Recruitment Team, overseeing the full hiring cycle from strategy to onboarding to ensure top talent acquisition, involving team leadership, developing recruitment plans, sourcing, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, ensuring compliance, improving processes, and reporting metrics to meet organizational staffing needs. 

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree (Psychology, HR, Business course)
- With minimum of 1 year experience in supervisor level
- With at least 2 years recruitment experience
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes
- Excellent interviewing, communication, and leadership skills
- Able to handle high-volume hiring and multiple requisitions
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Experience in cooperative setup is an advantage

  • Responsible for recruiting rank & file, junior, senior, seasonal and part-time position.
  • Screens, interviews and evaluates candidate
  • Create hiring plans for restaurant and salon shops.
  • Promote open roles using online and print ads job.
  • Attend job fairs and other recruitment ads.
  • Initiate with accreditation of company to LGU’s.
  • Prepare job offer and employment contracts.
  • Assist admin for on boarding of new employees.
  • Schedule a Company/HR Orientation for the new employees.
  • Submit Recruitment Manpower reports as required.
  • Monitor on boarding and off boarding employees and submit report weekly & monthly.
  • Responsible for the end to end recruitment process.
  • Arranging Telephone to Face-to-Face interviews.
  • Perform Initial Screening, Interview, Test Administration and recommendation of candidates such as / for: On the Job Trainee / Reliever and Regular Deployment.
  • Screening candidates and matching them to suitable job roles.
  • Negotiate Salary and Benefit and other employment offers.
  • Presenting qualified-candidates to requesting department or client for final interview or trade test.
  • Prepares and verify Employment Requirements.
  • Explore other sources, channels and means for efficient and effective manpower sourcing.
  • Field sourcing such as: Brgy, School, PESO, Job Fair and other recruitment field activity platform.
  • Assisting in day to day efficient operation of the department.
    Willing to do field work / Preferably with Motorcycle.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferably residing within Metro Manila or nearby cities.
  • Must be Four (4) year graduate in Business Administration in Human Resource Development Management or others/equivalent
  • At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
  • Willing to do field work / Preferably with own Motorcycle.
  • Must have passion in hiring & recruiting, confident and result oriented person.
  • Hands-on experience with the largest job sites.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems

  • Supervise and monitor staff performance to ensure high-quality service.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and feedback.
  • Manage and monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; coordinate replenishments as needed.
  • Resolve any staffing issues, conflicts, or operational problems promptly.
