    • Monitor staff performance to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards. 
    • Handle customer complaints, feedback, and any internal staff conflicts. 
    • Coordinate with other departments, such as the kitchen, to ensure smooth service. 
    • Ensure high standards of customer service are met and guest satisfaction is achieved.
 
 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet customers and take food orders politely and accurately

  • Operate the POS system or manual sales recording correctly

  • Receive cash, GCash, Maya, or other approved payment methods

  • Issue official receipts and ensure correct change is given

  • Maintain accuracy of cash drawer and daily sales

  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports and cash count

  • Ensure proper safekeeping of cash and sales documents

  • Coordinate with the Cook/Kitchen staff for order preparation

  • Monitor and update menu availability

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cashier area

  • Follow company policies, mall regulations, and food safety standards

  • Assist in opening and closing procedures of the store

  • Report discrepancies, shortages, or system issues immediately

  • Provide good customer service and handle basic customer concerns

  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least High School Graduate

  • With or without cashier experience (foodcourt or fast-food experience is an advantage)

  • Honest, trustworthy, and detail-oriented

  • With good communication skills

  • Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

  • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
