We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef who specializes in Filipino dishes to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting traditional and modern Filipino meals that celebrate authentic flavors, ensure kitchen efficiency, and maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Filipino dishes (e.g., adobo, sinigang, kare-kare, lechon, etc.) with consistency and quality
Create and innovate recipes that preserve Filipino flavors while offering a unique twist
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
Monitor food inventory and coordinate with kitchen staff for supply needs
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Train and guide kitchen assistants when necessary
