Key Responsibilities:
✅Customer Interaction: Greet customers, present menus, take orders accurately, and answer questions about menu items.
✅Food & Beverage Preparation: Prepare food and beverages according to specifications and standards.
✅Order Fulfillment: Accurately process orders and serve food, beverages, and other items to customers.
✅Payment Handling: Prepare bills, handle cash and card payments, and return change or receipts.
✅Cleaning & Maintenance: Keep the service area, dining area, and equipment clean and tidy, which includes washing dishes, sweeping floors, and maintaining restrooms.
✅Station Management: Take responsibility for assigned stations or tasks to ensure smooth operations.
✅Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
✅Food Safety: Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to prevent contamination.
✅Operational Support: Assist with other duties as assigned by management, such as restocking supplies or assisting delivery riders.
