Greet customers and take food orders politely and accurately
Operate the POS system or manual sales recording correctly
Receive cash, GCash, Maya, or other approved payment methods
Issue official receipts and ensure correct change is given
Maintain accuracy of cash drawer and daily sales
Prepare and submit daily sales reports and cash count
Ensure proper safekeeping of cash and sales documents
Coordinate with the Cook/Kitchen staff for order preparation
Monitor and update menu availability
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cashier area
Follow company policies, mall regulations, and food safety standards
Assist in opening and closing procedures of the store
Report discrepancies, shortages, or system issues immediately
Provide good customer service and handle basic customer concerns
Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
At least High School Graduate
With or without cashier experience (foodcourt or fast-food experience is an advantage)
Honest, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
With good communication skills
Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
