Job Description:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare, cook, and assemble Steak Break menu items following standard recipes and procedures

  • Ensure proper portioning, taste, and presentation of food

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, and work area

  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times

  • Assist in food preparation (cutting, marinating, thawing, and storing ingredients)

  • Monitor food stocks and inform the Supervisor/Manager of low supplies

  • Properly handle, store, and label food items to avoid spoilage or contamination

  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and properly

  • Comply with company policies, mall regulations, and foodcourt rules

  • Assist in closing/opening duties and daily cleaning tasks

  • Work efficiently during peak hours to ensure timely service

  • Perform other kitchen-related tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least High School Graduate (Vocational/Culinary course is an advantage)

  • With or without experience as Cook (experience in foodcourt or fast-food setting is an advantage)

  • Willing to be trained

  • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours

  • With good hygiene and work attitude

  • Can work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

  • Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
