FIELD MAINTENANCE

Conduct repair and troubleshooting of basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues in stores.

Perform preventive maintenance on equipment such as exhaust fans, lights, water lines, kitchen equipment, tables, doors, etc.

Respond to maintenance requests and store concerns in a timely manner.

Inspect facilities for any safety hazards and fix issues immediately.

Install and replace basic fixtures: lights, switches, outlets, faucets, door hinges, etc.

Coordinate with external contractors as needed (e.g., aircon technician, plumber).

Ensure all tools and materials are properly used and maintained.

Prepare and submit maintenance reports after every job or visit.

Support store operations for urgent repair needs.

Follow company standards for safety, cleanliness, and proper work procedures.
