What you’ll be doing?

 

Restaurant Manager is responsible for the over-all directions of the restaurant’s team in order to achieve optimum long-term Sales and Profit, Cost Management, and by delivering Quality of food, Service, People, Cleanliness, Maintenance and Ambiance in accordance with company standard operating procedures.

 

  • Ensure adherence to the company’s food quality standard.
  • Drive Sales to achieve store target.
  • Do Local Store Marketing.
  • Manpower Utilization
  • Building and Equipment Maintenance
  • Ensures delivery of Total Quality Service to Customers
  • Maintain daily adherence to the cleanliness and mise-en-place standards
  • Prepares Daily, Weekly and Monthly Operations Report

Requirements:
What we are looking for? Must be a graduate of Food, Business or Hospitality management and any related course With at least 1-2 years of work experience as Restaurant Manager or Managerial role Must be computer literate (MS Office) Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and develop team With pleasing personality Willing to assign in Bonifacio High Street Taguig or Market-Market Taguig
