The QA/QC Supervisor is responsible for ensuring product and service quality through effective evaluation, inspection, and control systems.
Key duties include:
Supervise and prioritize Incoming, In-process, and Outgoing inspections to ensure compliance with procedures.
Train and oversee quality inspectors; conduct onboarding and continuous training.
Review and analyze daily quality reports and take necessary corrective actions.
Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are consistently met.
Maintain and update inspection documents, logs, and records.
Ensure manufactured goods meet company and customer quality requirements.
Assist in handling customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and prepare reports.
