Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented eBay Drop Shipping Virtual Assistant to help manage our online store. The role involves product research, listing creation, order processing, and customer support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Research and list trending and profitable products on eBay
Manage product listings (titles, descriptions, and images)
Process and fulfill orders through supplier websites
Track shipments and update order statuses
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and feedback
Monitor stock levels and remove out-of-stock or inactive items
Ensure all listings follow eBay policies and pricing strategies
Requirements:
Experience with eBay or e-commerce platforms is a plus
Knowledge of product sourcing and drop shipping process
Good written English and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Familiar with tools like AutoDS, DSM Tool, or similar (optional)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
