Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Dim Sum Maker to join our team in Imus City, Cavite. As a Dim Sum Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and crafting a variety of delicious dim sum dishes, ensuring the highest quality and consistency. This full-time position is integral to the success of our kitchen operations and the overall dining experience we provide to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and cooking a diverse range of dim sum dishes, including dumplings, buns, and other traditional offerings

  2. Ensuring all dim sum items are created using authentic recipes and techniques

  3. Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and portion control

  4. Collaborating with the kitchen team to optimise workflow and efficiency

  5. Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

  6. Participating in regular training and development to enhance your skills

 

Requirements:
What we're looking for Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Dim Sum Maker or similar role in a reputable hospitality establishment Demonstrated expertise in traditional dim sum preparation and techniques Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes Excellent time management and the ability to work effectively under pressure A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to contribute to the success of our restaurant
