Requirements:
Must hold an active PHRN license or USRN license.
Ideally must be AHIMA or AAPC certified (for OPAS/Appeals/Coding roles)
Typically requires 2–3 years of clinical bedside experience in tertiary care areas like ICU, CCU, ER, Telemetry
For DRG-specific roles, a minimum of 6–12 months of hospital experience is acceptable
