Responsible for supporting online retail clients by managing product listings, processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues through email, chat, or phone. Ensures accuracy in inventory, provides excellent customer service, and helps improve the overall shopping experience. Works closely with the client’s team to meet performance targets and maintain brand quality standards.

Requirements:
At least HS grad/At least 1 year BPO experience/Must be residing within Cavite, Laguna, and nearby Metro (Muntinlupa, Pasay, Paranaque) 90 days onsite training then hybrid setup afterwards.
