Location: Remote (Alorica – Account Based at Cyberpod Centris, EDSA, Quezon City)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Work Setup: 100% Work-from-Home
Salary: Up to PHP 28,000 - PHP30,000

What You’ll Do
Assist customers remotely through phone, chat, or email
Troubleshoot technical issues with apps, devices, or services
Guide users step-by-step through solutions in a clear and simple way
Accurately document customer interactions
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality

Who We’re Looking For
No previous BPO experience required
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
Open to high school graduates, senior high graduates, college level, or college graduates

Must have a quiet and professional home workspace
Tech-savvy or willing to learn basic troubleshooting
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Must be based in the Philippines

Requirements:
Work-from-Home Requirements Stable wired internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) Laptop or desktop computer (specs will be shared during the screening process) Noise-cancelling headset preferred Backup internet and power are a plus
