Business Development Associate

RSD HRMC is on the lookout for a driven and confident BD Associate to help grow our client partnerships in recruitment and HR solutions!
✨ What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Reach out to potential clients & build strong business relationships
✔️ Present our recruitment solutions to HR teams & decision-makers
✔️ Achieve client acquisition & revenue targets
✔️ Work closely with our recruitment team for successful placements

What We’re Looking For:
At least 1 year of Sales or BD experience
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Highly organized, driven, and target-oriented
Background in HR, BPO, or recruitment is a PLUS!
