Job Description:

Infosys BPM is actively hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Clark, Pampanga site.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering a high level of support through phone, email, or chat. You will represent client brands with professionalism and empathy while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining service quality standards.

Compensation and Benefits:
• Competitive salary: PHP 32,000 to 42,000 (based on tenure and skillset)
• Quarterly performance incentives

• 15% night differential
• Fixed weekends off (Saturday and Sunday)

Requirements:
• At least one year of college education completed (no back subjects) with a minimum of 18 months relevant BPO experience • High school or senior high school graduates must have at least 4 years of BPO experience • Strong verbal and written English communication skills • Willingness to work 100% onsite in Clark, Pampanga • Flexible to work on night shifts, rotating schedules, weekends, and holidays
