Chunnel & Channel Realty Marketing & Development Corporation is a dynamic and fast-growing real estate marketing company dedicated to empowering individuals to succeed in the real estate industry. We're expanding our team in Cavite and looking for enthusiastic individuals ready to build a rewarding career.
We are currently recruiting new sellers to join our growing real estate team. As a Real Estate Seller, you will assist clients in buying and selling properties. You will be trained and mentored to succeed in marketing properties, handling client inquiries, and closing sales.
*Promote and market residential and commercial properties
* Assist buyers and sellers in property transactions
* Conduct site trippings and client meetings
* Coordinate with brokers, developers, and other stakeholders
* Attend regular trainings and meetings
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements:
* No prior real estate experience required (training provided)
* High school graduate or college level
* Must be 18 years old and above
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Willing to be trained and work on projects assigned
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
With smartphone and internet access (for online selling and updates)
* Prior sales experience is an advantage but not required
* Free training and orientation
